It was a busy and significant time at St. Andrew’s Centre on Saturday, December 9. Approximately 25 children and their leaders took part in the Elves Workshop during the day. For many of the children, it was a reunion from last summer’s Camp Caravan. Then at supper time, some of the children stayed and with their families and several more of us took part in our All-Ages Potluck. Then we headed over to the Anderson C-Train station in time for the arrival of the CPR Holiday Train and all its beautiful lights. The music was great! We sang along with Alan Doyle and the Beautiful Band and danced — even if we couldn’t always see the stage!  Then we said good-bye to the CPR Holiday Train and headed back to relax at St Andrew’s Centre with goodies, hot chocolate and good conversation.
