We’re seeking a new Coordinating Minister! St. Andrew’s United Church, Calgary, ministers to its congregation and to the wider community through its Regional Ministries in multiple locations after giving up its church building in 2013. We are seeking a full-time, outgoing, ordained or diaconal minister to act as Coordinating Minister with our dedicated team of staff and volunteers as we continue to adapt, grow and change for a new era. We are an affirming ministry of the United Church of Canada
The primary role of our coordinating minister is community building and pastoral care based out of our St. Andrew’s Centre offices and meeting space. The secondary role is shared worship with one of our partner churches, preaching one in four Sundays. An understanding of United Church ethos is important. Start date is flexible: April 1 through July 1, 2018.
